We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee on the full amount of service. We require a card on file for all bookings.

If I could give Jess and her team more than 5 stars more like 10 I would. She's amazing and super talented and flexible. She did my wedding and it was one of the best days of my life and her and her team helped me look beyond what I could have expected! When I met Jess at my trial, I immediately knew that she would be perfect! My hair is extremely straight with very little volume, if any at all. By the time my trail was done, I magically had voluminous hair and it actually stayed the ENTIRE day which was a SHOCK to me! Never in my life has this happened before! Holy. Cannoli. Jess was an actual dream. My hair was perfection and didn’t move all night. I had a heavy crown and she made it stay so it didn’t fall the entire night even during dancing, jumping, and getting dipped. People asked what kind of magic I had. The two girls she brought along with her were phenomenal as well. All of my bridesmaids were sooo happy with their hair!

What an amazing job!! Jess and her team were absolutely amazing on my wedding day. She did my hair and Nabil did my makeup. They did an incredible job not only on me, but my entire wedding party.
